Help your customer see the possibilities

Beyond watching
a presentation.
Let buyers explore.

Show what makes your product different.

Scale, details, options, or how a product works. Put your key selling points where buyers discover them.

Show more. Ship less.

Bring a complete collection or a large piece of equipment to the conversation, even when it won’t physically fit in your booth.

Keep the conversation going after the visit.

A web showroom link lets buyers revisit products and share the experience with other decision-makers.

Three industries. One sales objective.

Your offering deserves
to be experienced.

Every industry has its own way of explaining products and inspiring buyers. The experience starts with your sales goals.

GF Machining Solutions

An industrial showroom.
A Bluevista project.

For GF Machining Solutions, Bluevista prepared 3D machine models and created a web-based tour. Visitors can open product information for each machine within the virtual environment.

Product sheets were developed in collaboration with the Gardeners agency. This project illustrates the expertise behind ShowroomVista.

Planning your project

Before
you get started.

Questions to help define the scope of your first showroom.

Do we need existing 3D files?

Your existing files are a starting point. We review their format, size, and level of detail before defining the adaptations needed. If you don’t have models, 3D modeling can be included in the project.

Does the customer need to install an app?

The web showroom opens through a link in a compatible browser. For headsets and tablet-based AR, access depends on the hardware and experience. We define and test it with you.

Can we keep using the showroom after the trade show?

Your project can combine an on-site presentation with a web version to share afterward. Hosting, availability period, maintenance, and updates are specified in the proposal.

How do you choose the right format?

We start with what your visitor needs to understand: exploring a product line, seeing a product or space at scale, understanding how it works, or placing it in context. The hardware serves that goal.

Will I be able to upload and manage my own files?

An online client portal is planned for a second phase. It will support 3D file uploads and gradually introduce self-service features. Scope and availability will be announced when ready.
