Your project request

The form collects your name, company, business email, industry, intended use, and message. Fields marked as required are needed to process your request; the form cannot be submitted without them.

This information is used to respond to your request and prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual measures you request and, for professional correspondence, our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. The relevant Bluevista team receives the information by email hosted by Infomaniak. The site does not create accounts or store 3D files.

Prospect data is retained for no more than three years after the prospect’s last contact, unless a legal obligation, contract, or dispute requires otherwise. It is not sold or used to automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Operation and security

Infomaniak Network SA provides hosting and message delivery in Switzerland. Technical connection data, including IP addresses, may appear in its security logs. The site also keeps IP addresses in memory for 15 minutes to limit abusive submissions. Form messages are not copied into application logs.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and successfully submitted contact requests. Without consent, its script does not load. No advertising tools are enabled; Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. Your message and personal form data are not sent to Analytics. Fonts, 3D models, and demo media are served by this site. The calculator runs in your browser; its values are not sent to Bluevista.

The “Cookies” link in the footer lets you refuse or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal deletes Analytics cookies and reloads the page without the script. Analytics cookies last no longer than 13 months; event data is retained for 14 months in Analytics. Measurement data is processed by Google and may be processed outside the European Union. Read Google’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, and, where applicable, restriction, objection, or portability of your data. You may also give instructions regarding your data after your death.
